Shipping Policy
Shipping times may vary due to delays that are out of AnavoSports' control. Due to a higher volume of orders than anticipated, pandemic lockdowns, etc., orders may become backed up. If delays occur, you will be emailed promptly by AnavoSports with an apology and update if possible.
Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout. Total shipping time may take 1-2 days longer than calculated due to packing and other logistics. You will be provided an order confirmation and tracking number via email once your product is ready to be shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tacking number to be certified on the system.
If you have received your tracking number yet have not received your order within the time frame approximated, please contact admin@anavosports.com.au with your name and order number and we will investigate further for you.
Refund Summary
We accept refunds within 30 days if the item is untouched, unworn, with the original packaging and tag attached. You will also need the e-receipt or proof of purchase.
If your item is damaged when it arrives, please provide evidence e.g., photo of item’s damage and contact us via admin@anavosports.com.au. Once receiving your email, we will assess your photos and review if you are legible for a refund. If damage is sustained during transportation, include any information in the email and satisfactory solutions will be discussed with said transport company.
